Mrs. Roshan's father, who is now deceased, is a famous Ayurvedic physician
who has been preserving the secret spice mix method of Sri Lankan healthy curry,
which has been handed down for generations, by processing it in a stone mortar.
The Ayurvedic Curry powder is made in the traditional Sri Lankan way,
by hand, in Roshan's ancestral stone mill.
16 to 20 different spices are used in the preparation
(depending on the season)
